A Guide to Your Custom Order

Thank you for your interest in our custom hook and loop products. To ensure a clear and efficient experience, we have outlined our standard ordering process below. This transparent workflow will guide you from initial contact to final delivery.

​2. Select Hook & Loop Type​

Common options include:

♦ Sew-On / Adhesive Backing / Fastener Straps / Dots / Pre-Cut Pieces

♦ Injection Molded Hooks / Elastic Loops

♦ Standard Hook & Loop Tape (by the roll)

​3. Choose Material​

Select the base material that best meets your needs:

​♦ Nylon (PA):​​ Maximum durability and strength.

♦ ​Polyester (PE):​​ Best for moisture and chemical resistance. 

​♦ Polypropylene (PP):​​ Cost-effective and waterproof.

​4. Select Color(s)​​

Provide your color specifications. We can match Pantone codes or provide our standard color charts for your selection.

​Lead Time:​​ 12-18 days

​MOQ:​​ Required (specific quantity depends on material and color).

​5. Packaging Options​

Standard products are packaged in rolls within clear OPP bags. Custom packaging solutions are available upon request, including:

♦ Custom printed OPP bags

♦ Colorful boxes

♦ Blister cards

♦ Custom labels

​Lead Time:​​ 15-20 days

​MOQ:​​ Required (specific quantity depends on packaging type)

​6. Add Logo (Optional)​​

We offer multiple application methods to suit your needs:

​♦ Methods Available:​​ Screen Printing, Woven Labels, Laser Etching

​♦ Artwork:​​ High-resolution vector files (.AI, .PDF, .EPS) required

​Lead Time:​​ 7-15 days

​MOQ:​​ Required (typically 1,000+ units)

​7. Specify Shape​

Customize the shape of your hook and loop product to meet your unique application needs. We support a variety of forms, including:

♦ Strips (standard or custom lengths/widths)

♦ Coins (round, square, or geometric patches)

♦ Custom Die-Cuts (complex shapes tailored to your design)

​Lead Time:​​ 5-10 days

​8. Confirm Dimensions​

Specify the dimensions for your order. Our standard offerings include:

​Standard Hook & Loop Tape:​​

Width Range: 6mm to 180mm, with 25 meters/yards per roll

​Injection Molded Hook Tape:​​

Width Range: 10mm to 300mm, with 50 yards per roll

​Fabric Loop Tape:​​

Width Range: 10mm to 1500mm, with 25 meters per roll

All products can be rolled to your specified custom length.

9-12. Process Summary:

After receiving your approved PI and payment, we will begin production, conduct quality inspections, and finally dispatch your order with tracking details.
